Charles Church has grown over four decades to establish itself as one of the country’s foremost house building brands whilst maintaining its unrivalled reputation for the design and quality of the homes it builds. In contrast, Charles Church Southern Head Office, was an outdated seventies constructed four storey office block which was tired, uneconomical and in need of a drastic up date.
A complete overhaul was required; from the look and fabric of the building to updating electrical and mechanical services including air-conditioning. Washrooms and kitchens needed modernising and the internal finishes needed freshening up. At the same time moving to an open plan environment would free up space and allow re-allocation of space.
